Policy
Intentional production. Careful delivery.
AY Athletics operates on a pre-order model. No item is held in stock — each piece is made after your reservation is confirmed. This is intentional. We produce what is needed, nothing more.
Production & Dispatch
Once the pre-order window closes, production begins. Your piece will be dispatched within 8–10 weeks of that date. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Zones
We currently ship to Metropolitan France and the European Union. For delivery to other destinations, contact us at contact@ayathletics.com before placing your order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 24 hours of your expected dispatch date, contact us.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, reach out to us at contact@ayathletics.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
